At Le Rocher Noir, each piece is individually engraved, finished and prepared by hand in Qu\u00e9bec, Canada. Because many of our products are made to order, produced in small batches or personalized, our return policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please review the following policy before placing your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Made-to-Order Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most Le Rocher Noir coins and other engraved products are made to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An order may be cancelled or modified before production has begun<\/strong>. Once engraving, personalization or production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because made-to-order products are produced specifically in response to your order, they are generally not eligible for return simply because you changed your mind after production has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Personalized and Custom Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Products containing personalized engraving, custom text, initials, dates, customer-provided artwork or other customer-requested modifications are considered custom products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personalized and custom products are final sale<\/strong> once production has begun and cannot normally be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order. Le Rocher Noir is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates or other errors contained in information submitted by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we make an error when reproducing the personalization you submitted, contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Limited Edition Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Limited-edition and individually numbered products may have limited replacement availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a limited-edition product arrives damaged or defective, contact us before returning it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When possible, we will repair or replace the affected product. If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, another solution or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Handmade Characteristics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le Rocher Noir products are individually engraved and finished by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small variations in patina, polishing, engraving depth, color, texture, surface marks and finish are natural characteristics of individually produced metal objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brass itself may also develop a natural patina and change in appearance over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These normal variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your product arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email us at contact@lerochernoir.com<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Clear photographs of the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging if the shipment was damaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Please keep the product and original packaging until we have reviewed your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If we determine that the product was damaged in transit, defective, incorrectly produced or incorrectly fulfilled by Le Rocher Noir, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When a return is required because of an error by Le Rocher Noir or an eligible damaged or defective product, we will provide instructions regarding the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Eligible Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For products that are not personalized or custom-made<\/strong>, contact us at contact@lerochernoir.com<\/strong> before returning anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a return is accepted, the product must generally be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Unused and in its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Returned with its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Accompanied by any Certificate of Authenticity or accessories originally included<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Returned according to the instructions provided by Le Rocher Noir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Return Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Unless the return results from a damaged, defective or incorrect product attributable to Le Rocher Noir, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Le Rocher Noir or otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Customers are responsible for securely packaging an authorized return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For higher-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The time required for a refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from an error by Le Rocher Noir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Because many of our products are made in small batches or made to order, direct exchanges may not always be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you have an issue with a product, contact us and we will determine the most appropriate solution based on the product and circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. International Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees associated with their order unless otherwise indicated at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If an international return is authorized, the customer is responsible for complying with the return shipping and customs instructions provided by Le Rocher Noir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please do not return an international shipment without contacting us first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Where applicable law provides you with rights or remedies beyond those described in this policy, those legal rights continue to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
